Westlake Boys and Girls is a predominant feature that a lot of buyers look for on Auckland’s North Shore. So much so that I have seen buyers purchase a unit as an investment property, just so they can send their kids to Westlake. I have also seen buyers who are expecting their first child wanting to buy in this school zone so they are set up for the future.
